How We Started

Hostyler.com the way it is today is the result of intensive and collaborative work since 2005.

In 2009, We made a competition, and recruited 27 new members from all over the world: UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Suadi Arabia. Since then, we took Hostyler.com  to the very upper levels. As of 2009, we started taking international projects, and we were able to successfully cross the borders with our knowledge and creativity!

Definitely! We will keep you notified about everything we’re doing. Meanwhile, you can chat with us and discuss further details if you wish – we can always change and edit your active project.

This depends on so many factors and the nature of your project. The biggest project has taken us 2 months so far. Still, you can expect us to finish your project within 7 days if you have a normal or simple project.

We only accept payments through PayPal & Payoneer (sometimes other payment methods if the client cannot pay using the methods mentioned above)

The first half of the amount (50%) is to be paid before we start working on your project.

The other half (50%) shall be paid once the project is completely done.

Of course you will. You will first get an official document – Stamped and Signed – that states what we’re going to do, it includes the service, costs,  and the fees, and all the other relevant details that you might need.

You will also receive an invoice when you make a payment.

This is our refund policy:

  • If you made a payment before we started working on your project and decided to cancel the project, then we would return 100% of your money.
  • If you decided to cancel your project before we finished 50% of it, then you’d get 70% of your money back
  • If you decided to cancel your project after we finished more 50% of it, then you’d get back 20% of the paid amount.
  • You would not be refunded if you decided to cancel the project once the project has been completely finished and delivered.

If you are our client, then your FREE support is valid for 3 months starting from the moment we delivered your project.

If 90 days have already passed since the moment we delivered your project, then your technical support would not be for free anymore. In this case, we’d charge you based on the required amount of work.
