The timeframe for completing your project depends on several factors and its nature. Our largest project to date has taken us approximately 2 months to complete. However, if you have a normal or simple project, you can expect us to finish it within 7 days.

  • We accept payments exclusively through PayPal and Payoneer. In exceptional cases, we may consider other payment methods if the client is unable to use the aforementioned options.

  • Before we commence work on your project, we require an initial payment of 50% of the total amount.

  • The remaining 50% is to be paid upon the completion of the project.

  • Yes, you will receive an official document that is both stamped and signed. This document will outline the services we will provide, along with their associated costs and fees. It will also include any other relevant details that you may need.

  • Additionally, you will receive an invoice when you make a payment.

This is our refund policy

  • If you made a payment before we began working on your project and later decided to cancel it, we would refund 100% of the amount you paid.

  • If you choose to cancel your project before we complete 50% of the work, you will receive a refund of 70% of the amount you paid.

  • If you decide to cancel your project after we have completed more than 50% of the work, you will receive a refund of 20% of the amount you paid.

  • However, if you decide to cancel the project after it has been fully completed and delivered, no refund will be issued.

  • As our client, you will receive free support for a period of 6 months, starting from the moment we deliver your project. During this time, we will assist you in resolving any issues or concerns that arise.

If more than 6 months have elapsed since we delivered your project, the free technical support period will have expired. In such cases, any further assistance or support required would be subject to charges based on the amount of work involved.
